Creating A New Project 02 Exploring HomeQube DApp Now that you're logged in to your HomeQube DApp account, it's time to create and design your very own project. How To Start A Project STEP 1: Once you’re logged on to your account. You can now start your first project. You can do this in two ways: NOTE: Before you start creating a project in the HomeQube Decentralized Application (DApp), prepare a clear image of your Land Title and Soil Test Result of your property. a) Click the “Start a new Project” button. You’ll be redirected to the “Create Project” page.
b) Click the “My Projects” button at the upper part of the page. You’ll see a list of your previously created projects. If you want to create a new project, just click the “Create Project” button. STEP 2: After arriving on the “Create Project” page, you’ll need to enter the required parameters. This page is divided into three sections, Land Title, Lot Plot, and Lot Addresses.
STEP 3: In the Land Title section, click the “Select File” button and upload a clear image (in .jpg or .png format) of your Land Title. Our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology will read through your uploaded copy of the Land Title and will recognize and get the coordinates (bearing and distance) needed for your project. You can view a sample Land Title with a clear image here. STEP 4: Once our OCR Technology gets the coordinates of your land property, it will be automatically plotted in the Lot Plot section, so you won’t have to enter them manually. NOTES: There are times when the OCR Technology cannot clearly and accurately detect and get the coordinates of your land property. For cases like this, you must manually input the bearings and distances in the provided fields. MAKE SURE THAT DETAILS MATCH THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION IN THE LAND TITLE. If your land property has more than 3 borders, you may add another line by clicking the “Add Another Line” button.
STEP 5: In the Lot Address section, fill in the exact address where your land property is located. STEP 6: Once every section is already filled out with the required details, click the “Next” button. STEP 7: In the Local Regulation section, enter setback distances and maximum building heights (in meters) allowed for each side of your property according to your local regulations. This will update the remaining ground floor area available for your project. STEP 8: Once done, click “Next’.
STEP 9: In the Soil Profile section, check the soil test result of your property and choose the bearing capacity and the soil type of your lot by clicking the dropdown arrow. STEP 10: Once done, click “Finish”. STEP 11: You’ll be redirected to the Massing page. In this page, you’ll be able to create and design your own house.
